Wayne Rooney fulfilled all Coleen’s fantasies in Italy yesterday – and he didn’t even have the ‘moody man shopping with girlfriend’ face.

If only he’d had a shave, it would have been perfect.

The recently engaged couple spent a bit of well deserved together time in the city doing what Coleen does best – shopping.

She dressed appropriately for the occasion, with some pretty red peep-toe courts and a cream mac worn over jeans. She completed her look by accessorising with giant sunglasses and a well-dressed fiance in a leather jacket.

Rossana Lima, the wife of Patrick Kluivert, was elected to the Millionaire Football Woman of the Year 2008.

The contest is organized by Millionaire Magazine. The wife of former Orange player was at the close of the action Sunday at the website of the gloss over 6600 votes.

This remained the competitors as Gertrude Kuyt (over 5000 votes) and Christel van Rijn, friend of Joris Mathijsen (over 3100 votes) well before.
